• To save your favourites and viewing history so you can return to them.
• If you are signed in, to share the listings you view and the searches you run with the agent assigned to help you, so they can suggest homes that fit what you are looking for.
• To keep a record of activity on the site, protect it against misuse, scraping and unauthorized access, and meet the requirements of PropTx Innovations Inc., which supplies MLS® listing data to this website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Supabase: account sign-in and database storage.
• Netlify: website hosting.
• Mapbox: the interactive map.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We may also disclose information to Global Bricks Executive Homes Realty, to PropTx Innovations Inc. if needed to verify compliance with our data agreement, or where required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage and access controls that limit who can see account data.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your personal information unless we are required by law to keep it.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account deleted. You can update your name and email at any time from your profile page. For any other request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

The listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PROPTX. The information provided herein must only be used by consumers that have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any other purpose.
